Creative Movers (Ages 2 - 3)

A fun dance experience for young children. With an emphasis on rhythm and imagination, students can explore different ways of movement, develop core motor skills and have a great time doing it. This class is suitable for both boys and girls and is deliberately designed to be an inclusive and supportive environment to develop dance skills, no matter your child's gender.

Dance Ready (Age 4)

A fun and engaging class for our pre-school students who are ready for a step up and into a more structured class. Students build on the core movement skills developed in Creative Movers. Students will learn core movement skills from contemporary dance, pre-jazz and pre-ballet. This class is suitable for both boys and girls and is deliberately designed to be an inclusive and supportive environment to develop dance skills, no matter your child's gender.

Creative Dance 1 (students who will be 5+ by 30 June 2025)

A fun engaging class where students learn core movement skills from contemporary dance, beginning jazz (Level One) and pre-ballet. Students have the opportunity to develop basic dance movement patterns and shapes in a fun relaxed atmosphere. Students will learn the Jazz performance level 1 syllabus in its entirety and have the opportunity to present their level at the end of the year. This class is suitable for both boys and girls and is deliberately designed to be an inclusive and supportive environment to develop dance skills, no matter your child's gender.

Creative Dance 2 (students who will be 6+ by 30 June 2025)

This class builds on from Creative Dance 1 following a similar format.  Students will learn the Jazz performance level 2 syllabus in its entirety and have the opportunity to present their level part way through the year. Students will also learn the basics of ballet technique. This class is suitable for both boys and girls and is deliberately designed to be an inclusive and supportive environment to develop dance skills, no matter your child's gender.
