Suitable for students in the Evolve or the Senior School (Ages 10+)
These classes are all about becoming a healthy, flexible and strong dancer, with a strong technical basis. We'll be focusing on improving flexibility, turns and strength for dance, along with general conditioning. We use practical strategies that you can transfer to other classes and practices.
These classes is the perfect supplement for students taking technique in any style of dance. Using a combination of stretching techniques, these classes provides a great workout too.
Classes Currently Offered
Ballet Technique/PBT - An alternating combination of ballet barre and Progressing Ballet Technique. This class is best suited to senior school students. A great way to refine technique for jazz and contemporary or strengthen ballet technique for ballet students.
Lengthen and Strengthen - This guided class will help stretch and release muscles while also building strength and power.
Flex - This class is designed to help you gain flexibility and the strength to show it off.
Individual dance conditioning classes and programmes are available on request.
