Suitable for students in the Evolve or the Senior School (Ages 10+)
These classes are all about becoming a healthy, flexible and strong dancer, with a strong technical basis. We'll be focusing on improving flexibility, turns and strength for dance, along with general conditioning. We use practical strategies that you can transfer to other classes and practices.
These classes is the perfect supplement for students taking technique in any style of dance. Using a combination of stretching techniques, these classes provides a great workout too.

Evolve Conditioning - A more guided programme suited for students in our Evolve classes (Year 6+)
Senior Conditioning - A more challenging, independent programme suited to senior students (Year 9+)
